College by the Principal of the college Dr. M. Libanthung Ngullie. Short speeches were given by the Principal, the publisher Dr. Lanusangla Tzudir, and the author. Hosted by the Department of Philosophy, the programme was chaired by Ms. Sentinungla Pongen, Assoc. Professor.
