The weekly assembly of Dimapur Government College was held on Monday, the 14th of March 2022, by the department of Economics. It was chaired by Chantimo Odyuo. Meratula started the assembly with the Invocation and Longjai Konyak read a passage from the Bible.

The Principal in his speech welcomed the students and gave tips on proper hygiene. He also reminded the students that the pandemic is not over yet and that proper care should be taken to ensure safety of one and all. He also assured that study trips would be funded and encouraged provided they were self-funded. Lastly, he welcomed everyone to contribute constructive criticism to improve the college.

Thought of the day was shared by Gihuka N. Chishi. College anthem was sung by all present and Akai Konyak pronounced the benediction.
