5. Balance representation of gender in the Department
6. Experienced teachers (Approx. Average 20 years) with three members holding Doctorate degrees in their respective fields.
7. Faculties committed to contributing to academic and extracurricular activities of the college.

1. Lack of Infrastructure such as uninterrupted internet services, insufficient projectors in the classrooms, etc.
