	ANNUAL PLAN	ACTION TAKEN
1	To carry out Minor/Major Research Projects from outside funding agencies	Post Graduation in Education started from July,2023
2	To organize Inter Departmental/ National Seminars	One Teacher from the Department received a Minor Research Project
3	To continue with the 6^th Semester University subject Topper’s cash and citation Award.	Ms Ruth N. Yanthan was the subject Topper and awarded cash and citation by the HoD of Education Department on 3^rd August, 2023
4	To Continue with Department cash contribution to student welfare committee for needy students in the college	Contributed to the Welfare Committee
5	To Organize Educational Tours for 6^th semester Students	Organized an exposure trip to National Institute of Electronics &Information Technology (NIELIT), Dimapur on 26^th April, 2024 with 6^th semester students.
6	To Provide quality education and ensure 100% pass percentage	100% achieved
7	To organize Graduating day and enlighten them about their career prospectus after graduation	Organized Graduating day on 26^th April, 2024 and enlightened the students about their career prospectus after Graduation.
