Meeting minutes:

1. The meeting was convened by the HoD to discuss about M.A 2^nd Semester Internal Marks, i.e., C1 and C2 (Total 40 marks).
2. As notified by the University, the schedule for uploading Internal Marks, i.e. C1 and C2 for M.A 2^nd Semester is–

C1: 10^th – 13^th March, 2025

C2: 5^th – 9^th May, 2025

In this regard, the following schedule was prepared:

1. For C1 (Class Test) – Total 20 marks

•   Answer any 2 from 3 questions. Each question will carry 10 marks.

•   Tests for all the papers will be conducted in the 2^nd period at 10 a.m. Other classes

              including 1^st period will continue as per the daily time table.

•   Routine for C1 (Class Test)

3rd March, 2025	205 – Sociological Foundations of Education
4th March, 2025	206 – Methodology of Educational Research and Statistics
5th March, 2025	207 – Comparative Education
6th March, 2025	208 – Value Education and Human Rights
10th March, 2025	Moderation and uploading of marks

B. For C2 (Seminar, Assignment & Attendance) – Total 20 marks

•   Seminar (5 marks):  22^nd – 25^th April, 2025

              Classes will not be taken on the days of Seminar.

•   Two Assignments (2×5=10 marks)

Last date of submission of marks: 25^th April, 2025

•   Attendance (5 marks) will be taken till the month of April.

3. Further discussions were also held on M.A 4^th Semester Internal Marks (30 marks). It was decided to conduct the Internals in the month of May. The following schedule was prepared for M.A 4^th Semester Internals:

1. Class Test – Total 15 marks
   • To be held from 5^th – 8^th May, 2025  
   • To be conducted on 2 Units. 1 Question from each Unit. Answer any one.
   • Each question will carry 15 marks.
   • Tests for all the papers will be conducted in the 2^nd period at 10 a.m. Other classes including 1^st period will continue as per the daily time table.

       Routine for Class Test

5th May, 2025	413 – Special Education
6th May, 2025	414 – Educational Technology
7th May, 2025	415 – Education for the Empowerment of Women
8th May, 2025	416 – Early Childhood Care and Education

B. Seminar – Total 5 marks

• To be held from 13^th – 16^th May, 2025.
• Teachers may take classes after the Seminar.

C. Assignment – Total 5 marks

• Two Assignments. Best one will be taken.
• Last date of submission of marks: 2^nd May, 2025

D. Attendance (5 marks) will be taken till the month of May.
