As part of departmental activities, the Commerce department of Dimapur Govt College organized a One-Day Sports Meet between the department of Commerce, DGC and department of Commerce, Unity College on the 17^th of August, 2019 in the Dimapur Govt. College premises.

Two events, Football (Boys) and Basketball (Girls) were played. DGC won the football match while Unity College won the basketball match.
