Research Committee of Unity College, Dimapur in collaboration with the Research Committee of Dimapur Government College, Dimapur organized a one-day workshop on “Basics of Research Paper Writing”, for the faculty members of both the colleges on March 19 at Unity College campus.

Assistant Professor, Department of History and IQAC coordinator, Dr. Adani Ngullie welcomed the gathering, followed by two technical sessions which were respectively chaired by Dr. Tabassum Khan, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce and Dr Temjenwabang, Assistant Professor, Department of History, Unity College.

In the first session, Dr. T. Jamedi Longkumer, Associate Professor, Department of Philosophy, Dimapur Government College delivered a lecture on the topic “Good Academic Research Practices”. In the second session, Dr. Benjongkumba, Associate Professor, Department of Education, Dimapur Government College spoke on the topic “Research Paper Writing”. Dr. Rimmei Longmei, Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science and Research Committee Coordinator, Unity College, proposed the vote of thanks.
