Opportunities:
- The department has the ability to develop and instruct the students in a variety of leadership qualities.
- Organise seminars by inviting participants from other departments that broaden the mental horizons of the teachers.
- The Department takes the opportunity to provide other faculty members with training on lesson planning and teaching strategies.
Challenges:
- The Department is working to compete with other educational establishments in the state that provide the same course.
- Managing the high enrolment of students in the subject each year without compromising the quality of instruction.
- To offer a choice based credit system on learning techniques.
- To maintain a database to track the academic and career progression of graduates from the department.
