The department of English, Dimapur Govt. College, conducted morning assembly in the college auditorium on the 11th of April 2022, at 8.30. AM.

The assembly was led by W. Shanglih Konyak, while Yarangnaro Changkiri pronounced the invocation prayer. Nungchetchila Longchar read a passage from the Bible which was followed by the reading of the news by Temjenmongla Jamir. The singing of the college anthem was led by the 6th semester English honours students. I. Suzzana Yaden gave a short speech based on the college motto- “Try, Trust, Triumph.” This was followed by the singing of the college motto song.  After a few announcements, the assembly ended with benediction by David Mao.
