	ANNUAL PLAN	ACTION TAKEN
1	To organize Interdepartmental , state and National level Seminar	On 28^th August, 2021, Jointly organized a National Webinar by the Dept. of Education & RDC, DGC on Implementation of NEP, 2020 in Higher Education Institution: Road Ahead where the Resource person was Prof. Sambit Kumar Padhi, GGV, Bilaspur.
2	To Organize Educational Tours for Final Semester Students	a)Took the students to Ebenezer Orphanage, Indisen, Dimapur on 27^th October, 2021 as a part of community extension services. The Dept. contributed some essential food items and had an interactive session with the inmates. b)On 27^th May,2022, the department undertook an educational tour/extension activities with the final year honours students at Plain Karbi Mission school, Pokaigaon, Assam on the theme “Discovering New Insights through Practice” c) on 13^th May,2022 the department of education undertook a motivational programme for stakeholders consisting of Teachers, parents and school management committee of Govt. Primary school, Senjem, Dimapur, the adopted school of DGC.
3	To Provide quality education and ensure 100% pass percentage	100% pass percentage achieved
4	To Continue with Department cash contribution to student welfare committee for needy students in the college	Contributed to the Welfare Committee
5	To maintain database to track the academic/career progression of graduates from the Department	Maintained in Registers
6	To organize Graduating day and enlighten them with career prospectus after graduation	On 5^th May,2022, Department of Education organized an interactive session for graduating students and briefed about their career prospectus after graduation.
