Meeting minutes:

1. The meeting was held regarding the courses to be selected from SWAYAM to be offered for both UG and PG in the upcoming Even Semester, 2025.
2. The HoD relayed the information she had received from HoD, Department of Education, NU regarding SWAYAM for PG, that current M. A 3^rd Semester (Edu) are taking SWAYAM course in NU, and that they would start MOOCS courses from SWAYAM for the current M.A 1^st Semester next year. She also mentioned that the courses for next year are yet to be notified. As such, the DGC Education Department should also search for courses that are relatable and according to the students’ liking.
3. With regard to the SWAYAM courses for PG, it was noted that the HoD, Edu. Dept., DGC would clarify more queries from the HoD, Department of Education, NU.
4. Following the directive of the IQAC to submit the list of Department topper with CGPA and ten Advance Learners in all semesters (as part of the NAAC requirement), the faculty members present prepared the list for all the Semesters in UG.
