Meeting minutes:

1.  As per the directive of the IQAC, the meeting was held to discuss and delegate work for uploading the details of the Department (starting from the year 2020 till date) in the college website. The following decisions were taken regarding this matter:

     a. Responsibilities delegated:

1. Annual Plan of Action – Dr. Hare
2. Class Routine  – HoD
3. Department Club  –  Rebainla
4. Activity Report (Consolidated Annual Report) – Kilangsungla
5. Meeting Minutes & Action Taken Report – Kilangsungla
6. Advanced Learners List  – Mutunelu
7. Backlogged Students – Mutunelu
8. SWOC Analysis – Keweu
9. Alumni – Limanaro
10. Question Papers – Rebainla
11. Results – HoD
12. Retired & former Faculty – Limanaro

       b. Date of submission of the above details:  20^th March, 2025.

2.  Action taken review:

     As entering of Internal Marks in the Register has not started in all the papers, it was decided that it will be done for those papers where action is yet to be taken.

3.  A discussion on whether to go ahead with B.A 4^th Year as well as M.A 2 years course was also held. With this regard, it was decided to meet the Principal on 10^th March, 2025 (Monday) before moderation of M.A 2^nd Semester C1 Internal Marks. Moderation to be done at 2 p.m.
