The NCC of Dimapur Government College observed “Surgical Strike Day” on the 29th of Sept, 2018 in the college premises.
CTO E. L. Kikon gave a brief talk about the “surgical strikes” carried out by the Indian Army on the 28th & the 29th of September, 2016 in the India- Pakistan border to destroy militant launch pads across the Line of Control.
