Career Guidance Cell, DGC, hosted an ‘Awareness Rally’ on International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking which was organized by 32 Assam Rifles, on 26th June, 2018 in DGC.
Under the banner “For a Drug-Free Nagaland”, Col. Dr Sanjay Kumar, CMO and Capt.Dr Awnish, RMO,of 32 Assam Rifles spoke on drug abuse and trafficking and the health issues related to drug abuse and addiction.
Mr. Orin Lotha, representative from CMO, Dimapur, highlighted on the alarming spread of AIDs in Nagaland, while Mr. Along, a former user, delivered a testimony on his recovery from substance abuse.
Temjenmeren, Member, CGC,on behalf of DGC, acknowledged 32 Assam Rifles for its continued social service towards the student community.
