The Commerce department of Dimapur Government College organized a one-day industrial visit to Cement Corporation of India (CCI)  Bokajan Cement factory in Assam on the 31st of August 2019. 

The group of 64 B.Com m 5th Semester students were accompanied  by Biswajit Sarkar , HoD,  Commerce department. They were enlightened about the manufacturing process which included learning about the type of plant used for manufacturing cement, the labour skills needed, the packaging and the marketing of the finished product.

The industrial visit proved to be a very useful and learning experience for the students.
