Dimapur Government College organised a seminar on “Career Prospects after Graduation” for the 6th semester students (BA & B.COM) on 26th of April 2022 at 1:00 PM in Room No.1 (Arts Block).

The seminar started with a welcome address by Dr. M. Libanthung Ngullie, Principal, DGC. The first speaker of the seminar, Dr. A. Srihari Krishna, Registrar, Kaziranga University, gave an introduction emphasising on the purpose of learning. He also guided them on the practical use of education and how it can impact society and even the nation.

The resource person of the seminar, Mr. Abhijeet Bharadwaj, Dy. Manager/ Relationship Manager & Admissions, Kaziranga University, started his speech with a video of British Olympian Derek Redmond asking the students what success means to them. He encouraged the students to research on the universities that they will be choosing after graduation.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks from Dr. T. Jamedi Longkumer, Asso. Professor, department of Philosophy, DGC.
